01 Clean Mountain Activity

The team organized a "Clean Mountain" activity locally, equipped with garbage bags, brooms, tweezers and other tools, meticulously cleaning up every piece of trash along the mountain path. While picking up waste, they also enjoyed the beautiful scenery of nature, through their actions to restore the mountains to their duetranquility and cleanliness. The team hopes that this will not only bring freshair and a clean environment back to the mountains but also convey the concept of harmonious coexistence between man and nature.

In addition, the team also carried out civilized tourism publicity to tourists and local residents, conveying the idea of civilized tourism through the protection of the environment and cultural heritage, which was unanimously recognized by the tourists. Subsequently, the team organized a signature wall activity, inviting tourists and college student volunteers to sign up and commit to the concept of civilized tourism and sustainable development.

The team not only promotes sustainable development in practice but also wants to promote this spirit in the classroom, promoting the achievement of the goal of quality education (SDGs4). Going deep into the grassroots community, insisting on the comprehensive development of morality, intelligence, physical fitness,aesthetics, and labor, the team led local children to learn about sustainable lifestyles through specific cases, multimedia presentations, classroom interaction, and handicraft making, enhancing global citizenship awareness, and carried out the "Turning Waste into Treasure" handicraft course. The children were very active and said that the class content was rich and interesting.

03 Researching Rural Areas

The practice team also organized visitsto the cliff village that the general secretary cares about, witnessing thegreat victory of China's poverty alleviation, and feeling the outstanding contribution made by our country to eliminate absolute poverty. On this land,the team saw the changes in the most difficult places, felt the care and support of the country for poor areas, and further deepened the understanding of the sustainable development goals, and strengthened the belief in taking on the responsibilities and commitments of the new era youth.

As a new era of youth, the team is well aware of the historical significance of SDGs. The team believes that every generation and every person can make a contribution to it. Through the team's practical actions, it hopes to inspire more people to pay attention to and participate in environmental protection, to strengthen consciousness, increase faith, and promote action, to set an example for promoting the sustainable development of the region, and to call on the majority of young people to act together and move forward to the future that belongs to the team!
